Staff members hold certifications recognised by Singapore's healthcare regulatory bodies and participate in continuing education throughout the year. This means residents are cared for by people who understand the clinical, emotional, and practical dimensions of ageing — and who stay current in their knowledge.

While Fieldstone is not a high-tech facility, we use technology where it helps. Digital care records allow staff to track health observations and share them with families securely. Medication scheduling systems reduce the risk of human error. Our rooms are equipped with call-alert systems that connect directly to the on-duty nursing station. These tools support — rather than replace — personal attention.

Families can reach us by phone during office hours and leave a message outside of them — our team aims to return calls within one working day. We provide regular care updates and schedule formal reviews at intervals that suit the family. If a resident's condition changes, we contact the family immediately and coordinate with the attending physician. Our family liaison officer is available to address concerns, answer questions, and help navigate government subsidy applications.

Our fees are published clearly, and we do not add hidden charges for standard services. We discuss costs openly during the intake process and help families understand what is included in each programme. For those eligible, government subsidies through the Agency for Integrated Care (AIC) can significantly reduce out-of-pocket expenses, and we assist with the application process at no additional cost.

We measure success not only in clinical terms but in the quality of each resident's daily life. This includes engagement in activities, regularity of outdoor time, quality of sleep, and the strength of social connections within the home. Our care reviews track these markers over time, helping staff and families adjust plans as needs evolve. The goal is for each resident to have days that feel purposeful and comfortable.
